TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY


Langitnet ensure all devices have been sold through the Quality Control of the team of engineers Langitnet and otherwise functioning properly.
Are eligible to receive guarantees is all Customers who make purchases directly to Langitnet.
The warranty is valid for one year and one month service for a replacement device. Warranty runs from the date of delivery to the customer device that is as stated on the form letter way. For the adapter, POE and WLM Card (All types) a guarantee given only two weeks from receipt of goods.
Warranty does not apply if any damage caused by:

  • Omission which occurs when the delivery device.
  • Customer negligence, including the use of which does not comply with instructions, is lost, replacement or damage to the device identity data (seals, Mac Address, Serial Number and Name Devices), collisions with other objects, falls, submerged in water, etc. another.
  • Service performed by anyone other than Langitnet.
  • Events beyond the power (force majeure), such as a power surge, fire, lightning, natural disasters; rebellion / riot / war, sabotage, the general strike; regulations perauturan both national and local governments, agencies or police, and p. other matters by officials declared a force majeure.

Warranty does not include:

  • Service charge to the vendor if necessary.
  • The cost of shipping the device from Customer location to location to Langitnet or vendors inside / outside the country if necessary.
  • Special devices Mikrotik: Cost of replacement materials / spare parts when needed.

Warranty claims procedure:

  • Notify customers Langitnet both orally and in writing regarding the damage to the goods within a period of 1 x 24 hours from the occurrence of any damage.
  • Customer sends the defective device along with a copy of the document to Langitnet Sales Invoice and Mail Road. Langitnet will not process warranty which is returned when the device is not accompanied by a complete document.
  • Langitnet entitled unilaterally to conduct assessment of the device and cause damage. Report the results of the assessment process will be communicated to the Customer. Based on the assessment, if there is need for replacement device, it will do the replacement Langitnet similar devices with the same or equivalent functions. And when the results of the assessment, there was no damage to the device as has been reported by the Customer, the right to wear Langitnet service charge to Customer, The amount of service charge to be imposed is Rp.150.000/item.
  • Special Mikrotik device: When the results of checks of goods otherwise been unable to repair, then the items will be returned to the Customer with the accompanied letter from Langitnet damaged.

Langitnet right to amend, add, and reducing warranty terms and conditions without prior notice.
